Comfortably furnished and completely equipped, my apartments are your home in Miami. I have provided everything you’ll need except your laptop and clothes!

The only extra expense is electric usage and I provide a copy of the electric company’s bill each month which is paid to me with the next month’s rent.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, etc. Plus there are plenty of take-out and eat-in restaurants within walking distance. Publix Supermarket is at the corner and gourmet grocery stores a short drive.

The location is very convenient to all parts of Miami. I-95 entrance is a few blocks away, Metrorail is 2 blocks and Miami’s free People Mover which goes around downtown Miami. Walking is an option to Brickell and downtown. Miami Beach is a 15 minute drive, Key Biscayne beaches are a 5 minute drive (or jog there).

Bedrooms have nice linens and towels, ironing board and iron. TV’s have satellite programming with HBO and WIFI is included.

3-Month minimum rental preferred.  Move in fee is one month’s deposit plus first month’s rent. Deposit will be swiftly returned after move out minus a $75 cleaning fee and any remaining electric (or damages, which is rare).

I have a free washer and dryer right outside the apartments as well as off street parking.

Apartments can be reserved with a one month deposit. Many tenants have rented from out of town with ease by emailing agreement and wire transferring deposit to my Bank of America account.
